Down-to-earth view of Michael's life - Interesting Read

Lisa Brisse's loving and honest look at Michael Jackson's life was refreshing. I am not a huge fan of books about celebrities, hence the 3-star rating. That being said, this book was surprisingly relevant for me. It doesn't put Michael at god-level, as some fanatical books about him sometimes do, and it doesn't demonize him either. This story is a down-to-earth look at Michael's life. I liked the way the author wove in experiences from her mother's point of view. I've always wondered what it would have been like to work for Michael at Neverland. I'm grateful to Judi Brisse for sharing her experiences in this book. I would have liked to have seen MORE of this, actually. I appreciated the author's perspective of what can be learned from people who live their lives in the spotlight, and how their struggles reflect our own. This will most likely be the only book I ever read about Michael and I found it worthwhile.

Deeper Message of Love

Lisa Brisse has written a wonderful book that I HIGHLY recommend. The title" Michael Jackson, The Man in Our Mirror, A reflection of our Collective Soul" is not just a book about Michael Jackson. It's a fabulous book about Lisa's own personal journey and story, BUT it's also more importantly a message for us ALL to reflect on our own lives as a Collective Soul. I loved how she delved into the very human ego side of Michael Jackson's persona. The reader will LOVE hearing about Lisa's Mother who worked at "Neverland Ranch" and hear the AMAZING Divine synchronicities that led Lisa to write this book. This book will give understanding, love and hope and a much DEEPER message for humanity to "Heal our World"
