The author does warn the reader that if, you do nothing, well, nothing will happen, so it's important to take his advice and put it into practice. The book goes in depth about nutrition, fitness, natural health, mental health, etc. It's a great beginner's guide for anyone looking to ditch the old habits and start afresh.
This book could make a wonderful New Year's gift to encourage a loved one to go ahead head first into those New Year's resolutions.
"Life is a gift. Take care of your body." This part of the Motivation chapter resonated with me. We tend to think our bodies will never wear and that we can go on and on forever. Not so.
I highly recommend this easy read for anyone looking to change their lives for the long term!

This is made me realize that I am one of y'all who slump for long time. To be honest, it is hard for me to get activity alike I want to go gym but no time. I have a lot of idea but not doing action yet. I should change myself to do it than think too much. I like this book help me understand and advice for me. I will do it this time, this time....let see how I am doing tomorrow! I recommend anyone read this who have hard time to get activity!

A good primer for those that don't want to plough through a long-winded motivational book. It lacks a table of contents, which would make flicking back and fowards a little easier, but it covers the basics of getting into shape, eating right, and getting motivated. A great read for the person just starting out on the self-improvement journey!
