Change your diet, change your life

Powerful book on the right foods you should be putting into your body. It's essentially a detailed guide on extremely healthy foods that will increase your energy levels, reduce inflammation and boost your brain power. I've only tried a couple of the recipes so far but the Tumeric coconut tea is delicious. Life extension is an interesting topic that all people should look educate themselves on. Great book

Superfood Paleo Style!

What an informative book. We have all heard of the Paleo 'diet' but tis really explains the different ingredients and how / why they work as superfoods. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am going to make myself try the butter coffee as I have heard so much about it in recent weeks! I love pate too so I am looking forward to trying that recipe as they way I make it is quite different. The salmon burgers were delicious, we had them for dinner last night with the cinnamon sweet potatoes - taste sensation!
