About the Author

Educated in Dallas, Texas, Jackie Musgrave has been an inspirational speaker for Stonecroft Ministries since 2009. She has served on the Women's Auxiliary Board for the Southwestern Assembly of God and as board director of Silver Serenaders of Texas. She is the owner of Creations By Jackie, a decorating business she created in 1991, which includes musical set designs and weddings. She created the Jewell Tone Trio, a singing group that has entertained crowds in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for more than eighteen years and performed for Governor Rick Perry in 2010.

Currently retired, she has been married to her husband, Wayne, for fifty-nine years and lives in New Fairview, Texas.

Incredible book!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely loved reading "Phone Calls: Choices! Decisions that Change Your Life." After finishing the book, I felt extremely uplifted and hopeful, and an indescribable seed was planted in my life. The information in this book was presented so clearly, and this book is extremely readable. Even though I already knew about many of the events that are described in the book, I could not put it down - the book completely captured my interest, and I had to keep reading to see what was next. This incredible book will leave readers feeling inspired and hopeful, and I believe that everyone needs to read it!!

But what amazed me is that through all Jackie and Wayne went ...

I was very excited to read the book "Phone Calls.." The immense amount of tragedies, hurts, shocks and pain were very real. But what amazed me is that through all Jackie and Wayne went through.....the silver thread of the book that overshadowed everything else was the way God's grace was shining through! She is a dear first cousin of mine and I knew about several of the things that happened but living in another town, I hadn't really realized how all this happened in the short period of 6 months. The book was easy reading, well-written, and one that you couldn't put down! The book is a real treasure and the way the Lord kept her intact and made her whole again is miraculous for sure! Everyone should read this book because along with the heartaches you feel the tremendous love of God coming through and seeing that "all things truly are possible with God". It was a very very encouraging book and a real faith builder.

A short, yet very personal story of how Jackie's faith in God and mutual love of her husband got her through the worst of circumstances: the suicide of her daughter and an armed robbery which nearly killed her. Despite all this, she has such an amazing, positive attitude that is very uplifting and inspirational. I have had the pleasure of knowing her and her husband for a few years now, and up until recently, I had NO idea that she had gone through all this.

The present volume contains the Coptic texts, with translations, of an important series of Apo-crypha, a Life of Pisentius, Bishop of Coptos in the seventh century, an Encomium on John the Baptist, attributed to Saint John Chrysostom, and a series of Instructions by Pachomius the Archi¬mandrite; all of them are written in the dialect of Upper Egypt, and all are published for the first time. The editing of the texts has been carried out by an arrangement with my colleague Dr. L. D. Barnett, Keeper of the Department of Oriental Printed Books and Manuscripts in the British Museum. The longest and perhaps most interesting Apocryphon is the ' Book of the Resurrection which is attributed to Bartholomew the Apostle. It describes the descent of our Lord into hell, the conquest of Death and his sons, the defeat of the Devil, the destruction of the gates, bolts, and bars of hell, the extinction of its fires, the overthrow of its blazing cauldrons, the liberation of Adam and Eve and all the children of men, the final con¬demnation of Judas Iscariot, the ascent from hell of our Lord, His Resurrection, His appearances to the Apostles, His enthronement on the right hand of the Father in His Tabernacle of Light in the Seventh Heaven, and the reconciliation of God with Adam and his sons in the presence of myriads of Cherubim, Seraphim, Archangels, Angels, Thrones, Dominions, Principalities, Powers, and all the hosts of heaven. Here and there in the work there are passages that resemble parts of the mediaeval com-position known as the ' Harrowing of Hell but its contents are entirely different from those of the second part of the Gospel of Nicodemus which deals with Christ's Descent into Hell. The whole Apocryphon exhibits strong Egyptian (Gnostic) influence, and professes to give the actual words of the divine unknown language in which our Lord and the Virgin Mary spoke to each other. The MS. from which the text is edited was written probably in the tenth or eleventh century, and it was presented to the church of Illartê by an un¬named benefactor who states in the colophon that he supplied his own parchment. The form of the name Illartê suggests that this church was situated in Nubia, perhaps near the modern town of Wâdî Halfah. In view of the importance of the work, and the very mutilated condition of the text, the Trustees ordered a complete facsimile of the MS. to be made and published with the text (Plates I-XLVIII).

Entertaining!

Despite the shoddy editing, this story is well written for the most part and quite entertaining. A bit different from the usual erotica, the story is narrated by a character who's somewhat full of himself, but delivers the goods all the same. If not for the typos, this would easily be worth four stars.

Visiting Arkansas; well we are and I'm glad to know a few of the in's and out's before we get there. I liked that there were different section for areas like Rogers and Lowell. About the Author
Troy Dvorak was born in Minnesota but grew up in Canada. He lived in Canada for 26 years and received all his education there. In 1996 he graduated with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Lakehead University. After graduation, Troy worked for 7.5 years as a psychometrist at a children’s mental health agency, providing psychological assessment and treatment services to kids, teens, and families. In October 2003, he moved back to Minnesota and began teaching psychology classes at community colleges in the Minneapolis area. Whether in a clinical or teaching capacity, Troy has always enjoyed having the opportunity to help others. In his personal life, Troy enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys traveling. He is a self-taught drummer and just started trying to learn to play the guitar in 2014. Troy is a huge fan of 80s hard rock and “hair” metal. That is pretty much all he listens to. Yes, this college prof ROCKS!

This is a great book full of helpful advice

This is a great book full of helpful advice. It focuses on the way we think and the beliefs we have that can impact our ability to learn in both positive and negative ways. Knowing HOW to learn is a skill and this book will help you develop the skills you need to be a successful student. It is full of psych terms that can be intimidating at first. Stick to it! The author does a great job of explaining them and helping you apply them to your life as a student. This book will make you feel like you can tackle your most difficult class because the power is in YOU! Happy reading!

I highly recommend this book for anyone. Regardless, if you are starting to take college level courses, or may be in need for some tips on how to become better at studying. Or, if you're in high school, and are thinking about going off to college, then this is the book for you! PK2SS has taught me new study habits in order to thrive and become a more successful student! Give it a try, I assure you, it's worth your time.

This book was an easy to follow, easy read "tool" that has enhanced my academic performance. The chapters are short and flow in consecutive order that make sense. IT DOES NOT READ LIKE A TEXT BOOK, which I have found to be quite appealing and a less intimidating read. I read it in two days, and I am a SLOW reader!

Addicting Must Read!

I started reading this book last night and finished it within hours because it was so addicting. This book constantly leaves me wanting more and I believe that book 4 has a good balance of lust and danger. There was enough steamy sex to know that this is still part of the Club Luxe series but there is so much more storyline and action that keeps you turning the page. There are many unexpected alliances and turns throughout the story that keeps you guessing. I cannot wait for Club Luxe 5, which is supposed to be new beginnings, and after the ending of this book I believe that this could make me very happy or very angry. But I'll just have to wait and see!

Ms Noble is batting a thousand. Four episodes and four cliffhangers. I can't believe I read them all in one long day, but you won't believe how engrossing this book is until you read it yourself. The characters come alive in your head and the plot is so delicious, it's difficult to put it down. And now I have to wait for nearly two weeks for the next episode, but it will be worth it!

This was such a sweet romance, I really and truly fell in love with Giovanni. He is a very nice Italian Gentlemen I love how sweet and romantic and so Alpha on Elise. Sparks fly in this book, You will love this from the start. I am not going to say more expect I found a new author, I was a little bit backwards I started on this book and it was book 3 even though I didn't read the first two, I was able to fellow along. I loved this book so much, I went and bought the other two and waiting impatiently for book 4 lol.... Get yours today......

The story line is good but after reading about each one of the guys it's kind of getting old. On top of which there are a lot of grammar mistakes which make it difficult to read......I mean A LOT of mistakes, nearly every page.

Dr. Michelle Moore is a Clinical Psychologist in New Orleans, LA. She earned her doctorate at Pace University in New York, NY before returning to southeast Louisiana where she was born and raised. Dr. Moore is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center where she has the opportunity to work with children and adolescents in communities surrounding the New Orleans area. Dr. Moore also provides psychotherapy and psychological evaluations to children and adults at her private practice in New Orleans.
