Inspirational in Many Ways

Look, I'm not a runner. My husband's a runner, so by fault I've shunned this sport as my mortal enemy. Running IS "the other woman." Then along comes this little book and suddenly I'm reading it and feeling inspired...like running is something that I could do. I mean, I knew I could do it, I'm in decent shape, but what this book did was make be believe I could enjoy it. And if that doesn't deserve 5 Stars, I don't know what does. And more than just running, I was inspired by how the author took her passion for running at an elite level and decided she wanted to motivate women of all levels to run too. If you've ever watched a 5K and thought it might be more fun to run it but didn't know where to start, this is YOUR book.
