About the Author
Lorraine Rayment lives in Thompson Falls, Montana with husband Bob, and terrier Dori. This is Lorraine's second published novel, and is the sequel to "DogPark" Her third book of the series is scheduled to be released in late 2015.

A horrible event, taken from the headlines of current events

“ Brillo “ by Loraine Rayment
Kudos for the forward of your previous publishing “ Dog Park, “ in “Brillo”.
Initially, I thought I would need to dust of Roget’s “Thesaurus”, but the story began to unfold, the reading was seamless and almost told itself. The story unfolded countless times, as the characters unfolded in their life.
A horrible event, taken from the headlines of current events, offered a unique perspective to the families tragic adjustment, not only as people, but their four legged pets as their own type of family unit.
As life presses on, so to do the characters. Each dealing with the aftermath of a horrible event, each experiencing broken hearts, lives ripped apart, life changing events, and somehow, restored through Brillo, and his “Dog Park” mates and their innate love and usefulness.
One cannot find a good reason to not enjoy Mrs Rayment’s work. There are, of course moments the author trashes your heart like a wet paper towel, and moments when love blooms as new life happens to the characters. But, it’s Lorraine Rayments personal knowledge and experiences that the readers get to share through her pen.
It’s the love of a good dog, the love of trout fishing in Montana, the love of traveling, the experience of life, and of course-the love of a good man and a “pea green VW van”.
Do yourself a favor, allow you to be taken on a ride, one you will totally enjoy when you read this book.

Fun, Fun

Fun, Fun, Fun! Brillo was a delightful follow-up to Dogpark. In "Brillo," we become better acquainted with many of the "Dogpark" characters, and they are really starting to feel like family! I think that Lorraine did a wonderful job in developing her characters, she has made them likable, interesting, and relatable; she also picked delightful settings for much of the story, places that I can easily visualize in my mind while reading, adding to the amusement of the book, and to my desire to travel to Montana. If you are looking for a way to relax and unwind, "Brillo" is your ticket! Enjoy, I'm off to the next book in the series "Wounded Warriors..."

A great book for family sharing bringing together the joy of the bonding of pets and people, that is unconditional.

We enjoyed this book very much, following the quality of Dog Park and keeping with the theme of the characters we have become acquainted with. This book bring together family valuese and the faithfulness of our ever loyal pets. It carries the in relations of human and animal bindings that make our daily lives so complete. If you have never had a dog you gave not experienced real faithfulness and friendship. We are now looking forward to her new book, Wounded Warriors. We consider this an excellent read.
